This manual provides useful information
about the process of creating, developing, and designing
jobs for persons who experience physical and multiple
disabilities. It provides an overview of job creation
from the initial employer contact through the job analysis
and each task analysis. Other topics covered in this
manual include assessing person's likes/dislikes and
skills; strategies for adapting and designing jobs;
assessing performance and productivity; and finally
training persons with physical and multiple disabilities.
Also included is a guide for adapting, redesigning and
modifying tasks and the work environment. This manual
is accompanied by a set of forms that can be used to
ensure that the entire process is driven by consumer
preference.
